I have to give it 5 stars. Upon opening the Yelp app I went in thinking "they're gonna get 4 stars because I must factor in our many visits here". Then I thought, "I must have posted a review before...we've been there 100 times (ok not 100 but for sure 20+)!" However, in looking back at my Yelp reviews over many years I almost cannot believe I never submitted a review for Banzai. Tonight's visit warrants a 5 star rating to me. When I'm compelled to rate a place it's because I truly feel it deserves it. We have been coming to this restaurant for so many years. I feel like they were newly opened when we first went there 20-ish years ago??? I can't recall! It's never been terrible. Sometimes it's just fine. Other times, like tonight, it's so much fun and delicious. Great for groups. We've been consistently going here for large group (10-12 people) birthday dinners forever. We always come back even though I know there were visits where we were less satisfied for one reason or another. But we always come back. Service has always been excellent. Over the years we've had many chefs, some better than others. Tonight we had a gem. He was funny, skilled on the grill, attentive to every member of our party, cooked the food perfectly for a group of picky people. Made sure to acknowledge and show special attention and care to one person in the party who has a serious peanut allergy (they are a peanut free hibachi). So, tonight I give Banzai 5 stars. Over the many visits most were 4 star. A 3 star visit may have been in there along the way. But again, we always come back. It's a fun, family friendly yet great for adults only experience. The bar is a great place to wait for your full party. Tasty drinks. Also impeccable service. I don't love the bathroom cleanliness but it's not the restaurant's fault people toss toilet tissue etc on the floor and are messy w the soap etc. However, if they were as attentive to servicing the bathroom as they are to ensuring a fun and delicious dining experience, they'd get 6 stars in my opinion!

My friends and family always have a great time. Been going here for years to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. Good place

This is one of the best hibachi places I've had! I think it's better than Benihana, the steak and shrimp, veggies are very fresh. The sauces are also delicious. I am very pleased and can't wait to come back!

Just enjoyed a wonderful Hibachi dinner with my husband and son. The service was excellent. We loved the food. My son had a combo of Steak, Chicken and Shrimp and I had the Shrimp and Scallops. All were cooked to perfection. The Chef was very entertaining. We will be back

Went on a busy night so there was a little bit of wait time from the time of sitting to place our orders and then have the chef come out. Overall, we had Much fun, good food, big food portions. Good desserts and Good drinks
